Last spring, with @toyotapacific and @fishingbc, I drove 16 hours North to Terrace to chase snow and steelhead.
It’s the first time I’ve had the chance to combine my two greatest passions into one trip.
The trip was not without its challenges – searching for elusive steelhead, navigating snowed in boat launches, muddy back roads, etc, things you encounter on a good adventure.
What we also encountered were the friendliest locals, a heartwarming co-op ski hill, the best steelhead lodge and guides and even maybe.. just maybe… a fish or two…
The resulting film was a successful branded entertainment piece showing the passionate people who chase winter steelhead and capability of the Toyota Tundra.
