I was approached by Toyota to produce a short fishing film featuring the Tacoma. Toyota was in search of a distribution partner for the film to reach an audience outside of their own. Connecting Toyota with Fishing BC made the perfect partnership.

Toyota provided support for the film and Fishing BC provided the platform to release the film. Under a tight timeline to ensure the film would be released during ‘Red Tag Days’, Toyota’s largest sale period of the year, we moved quickly into production.

As a Toyota ambassador, I played the role of talent, bringing my brother Jess along for the ride for an authentic early spring fishing experience. The film was released online across all channels with a corresponding contest where the winner will experience a similar guided trip in the area.

The result was an engaging outdoors film with authentic brand placement distributed to an ideal audience.
